Clients are eligible for cancellation within the first 7 days from the date of their initial service subscription. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

If a cancellation request is received within the eligible 7-day period and the client has not availed of any revisions, we will process a full refund of the subscription fee. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

2.1 Refund Eligibility:
